I came to IMC looking for a new way to exercise, but I discovered something more. I tried the kickboxing class first. The workout was much more intense and strenuous than at the local gym. This class was about half the time in length and more at the pace of athletes training sessions than anything I had ever taken before. Having regularly been doing weight training and playing basketball for cardio I was surprised by my exhaustion after the first class. I loved it. I am not a small person and didn’t feel the need for self defense classes, but the kickboxing intrigued me enough to try the Panjo class. This class was more than a work out. You actually learn a new skill. Panjo is challenging and fun. In my first session I was easily defeated by a much smaller person in boxing and in grappling. I was shocked, and instantly new that this was for me. Thanks to IMC I have overcome a major fitness hurdle for me; boredom. Every class I learn something new and I cannot wait to come back. I have lost 30 pounds and my cardio is in better shape than it has been for years.
Thank you IMC.

“Since training at IMC I have gained an increase of confidence that I carry with me both in class and throughout the day. The tools I have learned at IMC definitely have had an influence on my attitude and decision making in all other aspects of my life. Trim and Sculpt Pilates has helped me to gain more awareness of my attitude towards my self and others. Not only has it affected my frame of mind but it has helped shape my body into what I have been striving for, for years. I have lost a total of 8 inches and 4 pounds, thanks to Lauren’s awesome training techniques and encouragement. This is one class I never dread coming to and hate to miss. Not only is IMC a stress reliever for me, but taking the all the punches in class has taught me to better receive the punches in life and keep on fighting. Thank you so much for all your help IMC!”
